Mindful Pregnancy Support Group
is a place where you can connect with yourself,
your baby,
and other pregnant women.
- Learn mindfulness techniques that have been clinically proven to relieve
stress, anxiety, and depression.
- Connect more deeply with yourself and your baby in this transformative time.
- Get support from other pregnant women and build your social support system.
- Explore a range of topics including identity shifts, relationship struggles,
body-image, family of origin issues, fears, trauma, sexuality, and self care.
- Make room for more joy and peace in your pregnancy and your life.
Mindful Pregnancy Support Group is a drop-in group and meets weekly on Thursdays from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. The group meets in my Noe Valley office: 1545 Church Street (cross street Duncan). Look forward to seeing you there!
